Online analytics tool comes to India

BANGALORE: An online analytics tool that enables website administrators get detailed information on web traffic to their site is now available in India.

The product called, HBX, developed by US based Web marketing applications company WebSideStory (WSS) is being introduced in India by Indian Internet agency Webchutney.

WSS's product HBX allows customers understand customer behavior patterns on different sections of their site. “ This lets our clients follow not just the number of visitors, but also the “after click” analysis like how long they spend on the site, ease of use and also help customers learn why some users abandon the page, “ said Sidharth Rao, CEO, Webchutney.

This would help customers to design their site better and improve the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns. “It is especially useful for shopping sites and BFSI portals which see a lot of transactional traffic. Using HBX, they will be able to get even granular details about user activity,” Rao said.
