Interactive panel sessions will be held throughout the day addressing the questions posed by those watching via the interactive webcast and attending the seminar.

"We have created a non-competitive environment where app developers, network operators, equipment and handset vendors, can come together for an exciting day of discussion and debate," said Gary K. Jones, Board chairman at Open Mobile Alliance.

"It is an opportunity for stakeholders to discuss the network capabilities that can enhance and optimise new innovative services for end users. This is not just about technical capabilities but around meeting the Quality of Experience (QoE) requirements that new service providers and end customers demand."
