Air Products selected Odyssey Software to use its complete suite of products and services, including Athena and ViaXML2, to build its customized PackageGas and Liquid Bulk delivery applications. Due to its highly regulated cargo, Air Products needed to upgrade to a comprehensive mobile device management solution that was customizable to its particular needs and integrated smoothly with existing back-end infrastructure.

Odyssey Software's flagship product Athena is a revolutionary mobile device management solution that enables helpdesk and IT personnel to remotely and securely monitor, manage and maintain Microsoft, Windows Mobile, Windows Embedded CE, and Windows-based devices over local and wide-area wireless networks. Athena is the first on-device agent to combine open industry standard XML Web services with comprehensive device management capabilities.

Since its release, Athena has established an unblemished track record of success managing enterprise deployments of thousands, tens-of-thousands and even hundreds-of-thousands of Windows Mobile-based devices at the world's largest and most exacting companies.

"Mobile device management is becoming increasingly crucial for any enterprise looking to heighten workforce performance and successfully manage data remotely," said Tom Robinson, vice president of marketing for Odyssey Software. "Odyssey Software offers a complete solution for a successful mobile deployment, which improves productivity, empowers the help desk and meets all Windows device management needs."
