OA Compserve expands global footprint

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Expanding its business on a global front and aiming to strengthen its footprint beyond geographical boundaries, New Delhi- based OA Compserve is all set to open a subsidiary office in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The subsidiary unit will focus on trading and consultancy.

“OA Compserve has tied up with world class manufacturers of selective electronic consumer products and will focus on marketing of these products at a global level,” mentioned RK Malhotra, MD, OA Compserve in a letter circulated to members of PCAIT.

The consultancy division of OA Compserve would emphasize on cost saving methods of a profitable business that includes export and import where cost is incurred on liason with buyers and suppliers.

Consultancy services for import from China would include assisting in the identification of credible suppliers and manufacturers, establishing contact with manufacturers and checking their credentials, providing desired information on prospective suppliers, sample testing and shipment handling, following up orders with suppliers and maintaining a strict control and check on quality during each stage of manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery, pre-shipment checking for quality and quantity and handling shipment.

Consultancy for export to China would include establishing contacts with prospective buyers and checking their credentials, providing desired information on prospective buyers, following up on delivery status against orders and any other information needed by the supplier.
