Enterprise IT needs are as dynamic as the business scenario today, we need built-in resilience to respond to those changes quickly and effectively.

Do you see IT's role change in a major way?

IT has touched upon the life of everyone in the organization, it is no longer acting as the business enabler only but has started acting as one of the business driver. JK Tyre and industries Ltd has embarked upon the journey of production planning and shop floor scheduling with the help of SAP, it would be influencing the operational cost and resource utilization at shop floor level.
