Numeric conducts channel meet in Tirupathi

TIRUPATHI, INDIA: Numeric Power Systems conducted a channel meet in Tirupathi recently. Around 30 partners from Nellore, Cudappah, Tirupathi and other adjoining areas attended the event. Nanda Gopal, Manager—Channel Sales, had organized the meet.

Srinivas Bala, AGM—Marketing, opened the event by thanking the partners for their presence and expressed that such events were a great platform to get to know each other. The company’s main aim for the meet was to educate the partners about movement to the next level where they would offer other Numeric solutions to their customers, rather than just do box selling.

Numeric Power Systems has ventured into Green Energy Solutions—Solar Power Systems, Wind Energy Generation & LED Lighting Systems. The company’s green energy products include LED lighting system for indoor and outdoor application, solar street lighting systems, LED decorative lighting systems, and customized LED lighting solutions.

During the event, Kumaran, Assistant Vice President—Distribution & Channel Sales, gave a presentation on LED lighting solutions and solar power systems, to give an insight to the partners about the business opportunities in the area. Numeric is working on some projects in this space, including providing LED lighting solutions for Gram Panchayats.

Kumaran invited all the partners in the region to start promoting these solutions as it would strengthen their portfolio with a diversified set of clients and offerings. Flats, colleges and universities were potential fields for LED lightings, he informed.

Kumaran further mentioned that the company would extend full support to the partners on educating the potential clients about the advantages of LED solutions over conventional solutions. This was followed by a presentation by Shanmugaraj, Senior Manager (Marketing), detailing Numeric’s products and technology. In his speech, he mentioned that the company could conduct a separate training session for marketing team of channel partners, if needed. Later, during the Q&A session, the partners clarified their technical doubts by posing several questions.

The event concluded with Amba Prasanna, Regional Manager—Marketing, making a presentation on inverters where he elaborated on the huge untapped business opportunities in the space and encouraged partners to extensively promote it in the region. Amba further mentioned in his speech plans to conduct roadshows and other promotional/marketing activities for inverters.
