11 NSIC incubators for MSMEs in FY 2011-12

NEW DELHI, INDIA: The National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) set up 11 Training-cum-Incubation Centres across the country in the financial year 2011-12, according to an official data.

The NSIC, a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, has set up these centres to help those who want to become entrepreneurs with training.

Among the of total 11 Training-cum-Incubation Centres, five were set up in Uttar Pradesh during the period, with which the number of total such centres in the state reached to 20.

Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, and Tripura got one such centre each during the period.
