Now warranty comes as a service

NEW DELHI: Chennai based TVS Electronics has released TVS iSupportPack, an

extended services package for all TVS-E printers. The TVS iSupportPack comes

with an authentication certificate with a WIN ID (Warranty Identification

Number) and a service guide. The iSupportPack can be purchased through the TVS-E

dealers or online through the Internet at a later stage.

This pack initially comes with one-year and two-year extended warranty

coverage for the entire range of dot matrix printers. At later stages, the

service would be extended to all the products from the house of TVS-E. The WIN

ID identifies the type of service pack the customer has bought and the service

guide aids the customers to get quick information about the product and the

dealer network of TVS-E.

According to TVS-E customer service VP, TR Vasudevan, "TVS iSupportPack

has tremendous scope in the market as it makes the entire concept of service

just a call away. It will revolutionize the way customers think of warranty as a

service. With this product, TVS-E will shorten the gap between customer problems

and its solution."

The iSupportPack service is already available with TVS-E dealers and will be

soon be available online. The customer has to register with TVS-E to activate

the service warranty.
