With Loop, organizations can survey their audience in person. Unlike traditional survey methods conducted weeks after the fact, Loop captures customer reactions in the moment. The business presents the customer with a mobile device or places it in a visible location. People respond quickly right on the mobile device in front of them and do not have to download a separate app, scan a code, or pull out their phone.

Says Loop co-founder and CEO Rajit Marwah:"There is something special about data in the moment. We have found people are 30x more likely to respond with Loop right after experiencing a product or service, compared to days later. Businesses crave customer understanding yet are often stuck with unreliable data from traditional feedback tools."

"Android is a popular mobile platform and growing rapidly around the world. We heard from many businesses across industries that wanted the Loop experience on Android."

After downloading the app onto an Android tablet or smartphone, the business can choose among survey and question templates depending on their industry or create their own. No website is necessary as everything is done right on the mobile device. Businesses can run their mobile survey on device or send it out via a link, email, text, Twitter, Facebook, or Google+.

As survey responses are received, reports and notifications are sent in real time to staff. Responses are captured offline even when there is no internet. All customer data is securely stored in the cloud and synced across multiple devices. A basic version of the app is free and a Pro version is $99 a year for more capabilities such as adding a brand's logo, unlimited responses, and creating more questions.

Since its debut in May 2013, Loop has grown to 20,000+ organizations and is available globally in 155 countries and 34 languages on Google Play, the App Store and www.loopsurvey.com. Loop is a mobile startup headquartered in San Francisco, California founded by Michael Liu and Rajit Marwah.
