MUMBAI,INDIA: Vodafone Essar, telecom services providers in India, on Tuesday announced the launch of a new service for all its customers in Mumbai, who wish to purchase new Vodafone prepaid or postpaid connections.

Customers can now purchase new Vodafone prepaid or postpaid connection from the comfort of their home through Vodafone eShop- the portal that enables customers to buy various Vodafone products online, said a press release.

Rohit Adya, chief executive officer, Vodafone Essar, Mumbai said, “ This service will offer our customers an access to Vodafone connection through its e-shop and stay connected. This enables our consumers to access our services and products anytime anywhere.”

Through seven easy steps, customers will get new Vodafone prepaid or postpaid connection delivered at their doorsteps. Customers can simply log on to Vodafone India website and purchase a new prepaid or postpaid connection with their choice of per second/ per minute tariff plan and make an online payment for the same through Vodafone eShop.

This service also allows customers to choose their favorite number for the purchased prepaid/postpaid Vodafone connection.
