PUNE: TouchStar Software, a $50 million company with software expertise for call center industry, is incubating a software that will help collection agents winnow databases and show the ‘best time to call’ as per the target population.

The software would help the agents become database experts and minimize wastage of resources and efforts as they would readily know when is the prospect available as per an analysis of dial patterns,” told Steve Bederman, CEO and president of the company. The software would be out in the second half of this year.

Also, up its sleeve is a VoIP Corporate Phone System for SMBs that is scheduled for a launch in February. It will eventually become an enterprise level product with scale capability of 250 users.

Another R&D action up its sleeve for the year-end is a CRM scripting tool that would be a DIY (Do It Yourself) product and would capture and store data from a conversation. “Ongoing TouchStar products are slated for every quarter,” Bederman added.

The company aims at $1 billion revenue mark in five years and plans to go public once it hits $110 million.
