Nokia to talk with Finnish staff over revamp

HELINSKI, FINLAND: The world's top cellphone maker Nokia said on Tuesday it will start labour market talks with its Finnish staff over the company's new strategy, which it unveiled last month.

"Possible personnel reductions are not part of the consultation process at this stage, as we do not yet know how the operational changes will affect the number of personnel," the Finnish firm said.
