Nokia Networks strengthens Bangalore R&D operations; gets a new head

BANGALORE, INDIA: Nokia today announced the appointment of Rupa Santosh as head of Nokia Networks’ Technology Center, Bangalore.

Rupa brings with her over two decades of experience in telecom software development.

The Bangalore Technology Center is one of the largest R&D centers for Nokia Networks contributing to key product development in telecommunications networks. Working as an integral part of Nokia global R&D, the Bangalore center plays a key role in development of several major products.




“We will actively engage with the vibrant ecosystem of academia, industry and entrepreneurs in Bangalore city to advance Nokia’s commitment towards research and development, and deliver significant value to our customers and partners globally,” said Rupa Santosh, the new head of Nokia Networks’ Technology Center at Bangalore.
