NEW DELHI, INDIA: Nimbuzz, a provider in mobile social instant messaging, (geo) presence and VoIP provider, today announces the formal opening of its India office in New Delhi.

Nimbuzz has been eyeing the maturing social networking needs of the Indian mobile population which has been growing at a rapid pace, said a press release.

The current pace of nearly 15m addition to the subscriber base and the spurt in data connected users makes it the right time to directly address the Indian market.

Nimbuzz already has a global tie-up in place with Spice Mobiles and Tata Indicom for Nimbuzz to be available to all its subscribers.
