NIIT bags contract from finance dept. of Andhra Pradesh

BANGALORE, INDIA: The Finance Department of Andhra Pradesh has awarded a multi-year "Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS)" contract to NIIT Technologies.

As per the contract, NIIT Technologies will provide advanced enterprise solution that will help in transforming the public finance systems of the Andhra Pradesh Government.

A SAP based solution has been rolled out in the Comprehensive Financial Management System project. Through its seamless interface and with the help of an electronic information sharing mechanism, all the internal departments can work in sync with the Finance Department.
