Nexgen Technologies launches Getcet Community Card

HYDERABAD: Nexgen Technologies Limited, an integrated software solutions company offering intelligent solutions for the next generation, has announced the launch of Getcet Community Card. It is a learning portal catering to all the requirements of an individual during the course of his lifespan from school to professional life.


The Getcet Community Card will initially be launched in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, Calcutta, Gujarat and Bhuvaneshwar and the company plans to invest Rs 15 crore in the next six months to further increase their market presence. Getcet.com has appointed an extensive dealer and distributor network and has also set up marketing offices to cater to the requirements. The Getcet Community Card is priced in the range of Rs 625 to Rs 1,500 and products and services offered through the card will be available as per the needs of an individual throughout the lifespan of one's career.


The company plans to alliance with various online and offline partners like ISPs, publishing houses, travel and financial institutions among others to offer features and facilities programmed in accordance to the needs of the community. The card will facilitate an individual (student or professional) to access various products and services like career-mapping facilities, career guidance and other value added services like educational loans, scholarships etc.


Speaking at the launch Mr. T.K. Ramesh, Chief Executive Officer, Nexgen Technologies Limited said, "Getcet.com is the first in a series of next generation learning portals, which cater to the growing needs of today's individual. The Getcet Community Card is a medium, which constantly enhances current requirements and skill sets of an individual during his educational and professional lifespan. In the future we intend to alliance with various partners to provide for all online and offline benefits", he added.


Getcet.com is designed to cater to the overall learning and knowledge acquisition needs of different segments of society. The portal will help students to systematically prepare for the examinations by highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the student. The teaching material is prepared by a team of teachers/professors who constitute the Getcet panel as well as the larger body of faculty members who have behind them several years of teaching experience.
