NEWGEN OmniDocs is ''Red Hat Ready''

NEW DELHI: NEWGEN Software Technologies Limited today announced that the latest version OmniDocs 3.5.4 R3, has successfully completed "Red Hat Ready Certification" and has been designated as "Red Hat Ready" for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 platform.

The "Red Hat Ready" Independent Software Vendor (ISV) application program allows vendors to test and qualify their software applications on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and leverage Red Hat's expertise in the Linux market.

NEWGEN OmniDocs is a platform for creating, capturing, managing, delivering and archiving large volumes of documents and contents. It acts as a central repository, enabling fast retrieval of documents in a distributed environment without any document loss. OmniDocs makes it possible as it allows immediate access to image documents throughout the enterprise and different locations. It handles scanned document images, electronic documents, e-mails and electronic data output from other applications with equal efficiency and ease.
