SAN JOSE, USA: ThinkFree, Inc., a leader in next-generation office productivity solutions, today announced its cost effective ThinkFree Server Integrator solution; designed for SMB’s and large enterprises, Server Integrator is a set of API solutions for developers to rapidly integrate document editing and viewing capabilities into existing webmail, blogs and groupware. ThinkFree Server Integrator is now available.
ThinkFree Server Integrator is a componentized version of ThinkFree Office Write, Calc and Show Applet based applications that are offered separately as a product. Server Integrator is designed to enable customers to use the Java-based ThinkFree Office (MS Office 2007 compatible) within the client’s existing system with easy implementation.
“As businesses increasingly turn to alternative solutions for cost-effective office productivity software, our Server Integrator offers a solution that enables a quick and simple deployment within existing computing environments,” said Su Jin Kim, CEO of ThinkFree. “Today’s evolving digital business market demands flexibility which is what makes Server Integrator the right choice.”
ThinkFree Server Integrator features customizable integration for unique environments (http, ftp, https, etc.) and supports third-party security certificates and integration with centralized document storage through simple API customization.
Deployment of Server Integrator is made easy by simply following the developer’s SDK guide. Existing enterprise solutions with integrated office features don’t require a separate office application for viewing or editing of documents. Secure data access and document protection is provided by limiting data access to centralized storage so confidential documents can be quickly and simultaneously viewed or edited.
“The fast deployment of a productivity solution such as ThinkFree’s Server Integrator, without having to overhaul our already existing system, enables our teams to quickly increase their efficiency without having to participate in long training sessions,” stated Bill Grizack, COO for SimpliFi. “ThinkFree’s cost effective solution was easily tailored to meet our needs, which will save our bottom line and at the same time allow us to collaborate on productivity type documents.”
