A Brazilian company Gradiente is bringing out its iphone Neo One with Android. The company claims that it had applied for the use of the 'iPhone' name way back in 2000, that was seven years before Apple brought out its first iPhone in 2007.

Also, in 2008, the company had secured rights to the name from a local regulator of patents, according to IBNLive.

Except the name, the phone bears no similarity with the Apple's iPhones. Running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the Gradiente iphone Neo One has a 3.7-inch display with a 320 x 480 pixel resolution and a single-core 700MHz processor. It has 2GB of storage with 3G connectivity, says SlashGear, which added that the phone is likely to be priced $285 USD.
