GANDHINAGAR, INDIA: International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology (icreate), an incubation centre for budding entrepreneurs, was launched at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar on September 11 by Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi.
The chief minister said at the event that the choice of the launch date was meant to redefine 9/11's associations.
Modi said that 118 years ago in America on September 11, Swami Vivekanand delivered his famous speech on how religions can unify people.

With the launch of icreate on 9/11, he said, the state government is attempting to give the youth an opportunity to carve a new prosperous future for the world.
