Madhan will be responsible for the Corporate and Consumer models of training, and content development businesses. He will also be responsible for New Horizons’ Consulting and Business Solutions services, which include process engineering and quality initiatives, and will spearhead the Company’s foray into knowledge management.

Madhan joins New Horizons with over 25 years experience in India and overseas, in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Operations, General Management, HR, Training and Consulting, in India, Middle East and Africa.

Madhan’s function will be core to New Horizons’ mission of replenishing the talent pool of skilled professionals in India. NASSCOM along with the India Labour Report recently raised the alarm about the innumerable opportunities which may lie wasted if India does not create the ‘right skill’ force.

Speaking on his appointment, Madhan said, ‘I look forward to my role at New Horizons, and hope to apply my skills to support the company in its mission to create an immense pool of industry ready talent in India.”

Prior to joining New Horizons’ Inder has worked for eight years in the automotive sector handling brands such as Schorling, Honda, Volvo and Chrysler in India and the Middle East, and another 12 years in Africa and the Middle East, handling FMCG and other large projects in the private and public partnership domain, and military sales. Inder has also worked with NIS Sparta as a senior training professional and then with an Indo-Australian Retail Chain as their General Manager.
