New in Archie CRM, smartsearch and dashboard

PURMEREND, NETHERLANDS: The latest Archie CRM revision for SQL, to be released on September 23, contains a number of important innovations, including CRM Smartsearch and CRM Dashboard, according to a company release.

Archie has a new CRM database search method called Smartsearch. From now on you will need only one field in order to find an organization or contact person, thanks to Smartsearch. The most important search results will appear at the top of the list, just like Google. Calling up an organization record is now easier and simpler than ever before.

The release adds that the dashboard immediately presents you with those points in the organization that require attention, but also where things are proceeding as they should, e.g.:

- Your appointments and activities for today

- The expectations regarding open proposals

- The turnover development

- The efficiency of service calls and sales appointments
