New AEC head at Autodesk

NEW DELHI: Autodesk India announced the appointment of Sunil Pandita as head of its Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) business for the India & SAARC region. Sunil will be responsible for driving Autodesk India's strategy to foster growth in this fast growing and dynamic segment. Globally and in India too, AEC is amongst the fastest growing industry segments for Autodesk.

A press note adds that he is an IT industry veteran with over 15 years of experience, and Pandita has enjoyed professional successes in Adobe, IBM and HCL. He brings with him strong capabilities that include strategic planning, sales and business development, marketing and alliances.

Commenting on the appointment, Ajay Advani, Sales Director, Autodesk Asia Pte Ltd, said, "India is a must win market for us.
