Nevales acquires Syntensia

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Nevales Networks India has recently announced that the company has acquired privately-held Syntensia.

The acquisition of Syntensia is in line with Nevales's strategy, to deliver to SMB solutions and services for connectivity, communication, transaction and business applications on a secure platform with 24x7 support. Syntensia fits into this strategy by enhancing the range of security services Nevales can give to its customers.

A private investor group headed by Ravishankar lead this acquisition. Ravishankar has over 15 years of experience in Indian and global banking. Prior to leading Nevales, Ravishankar was the Country Head for Direct Banking and Cash Management at YES Bank. Nevales has acquired all IP rights, customers base and assets of Syntensia.

This acquisition announcement will not change any of Syntensia’s contractual obligations to its existing customers. Customers can expect to see increased support and accelerated innovation. Existing customers will see continuity of service with additional offerings to the portfolio.
