Network Programs pacts with SteamUnlimited

Programs (India) Ltd.
(NPI), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with

StreamUnlimited, developer of audio and video technology and applications. The

MoU provides both companies the opportunity to share resources, utilise each

other's technology expertise, and jointly address the customers.

The two-way deal outlines the working relationship to share resources,

technology and delivery expertise between the two companies. This MoU is

particularly significant for Network Programs as it provides a channel

partnership in Europe, while StreamUnlimited expands its marketing capacity in

India, Japan and the United States.

According to Network Programs CEO, Vipin Tyagi, The StreamUnlimited team has

worked on advanced technologies such as IPTV

set top boxes, telematics solutions, Bluetooth

devices, digital video broadcasting (DVB-T), and iPod accessories. There is

a natural overlap between our capabilities and we look forward to creating

advanced applications for our customers."

Frits Wittgrefe, CEO, StreamUnlimted, said "Working with Network

Programs gives us access to share our solutions with a broader customer base in

India and Japan. The deal also provides us access to their expertise in the

IPTV, RFID
