Netmagic launches RIMM services

InfraInsight: Supplements automated root cause analysis of InfraMonitor with human troubleshooting skills to identify root cause of  faults and performance problems.  An expert team recommends problem resolution quickly and assists in customer team in resolution.           

InfraManage: Offers management of IT infrastructure and 24×7 operations support over and above InfraMonitor and InfraInsight. It offers end to end management covering configuration/change management, fault management, performance management and security management across networks, servers, OS, databases, and select applications.                

InfraSecure: In today’s connected world, security attacks can be a major threat to organisation’s application availability. Given the continuous evolving world of hackers, it is not enough to put firewalls, IDS/IPS, HIDS in the setup but it is imperative to have a management environment to minimize security risks.
