Net4India, CEO Jasjit Sawhney said, "The total size of ISD market in

India is $ 1.5 billion and is expected to grow by 25 per cent CAGR over the next

5 years. By using Carrier Access Codes (CAC) or a prepaid calling card platform,

our customers will be able to make ISD calls at 40 per cent lower than the

existing rates. At present we are in talks with international telecom carriers

as strategic partners for call origination and termination and will be launching

the ILD services later this year. Apart from the prices it will be the quality

of services that will be the differentiating factor for the players in the

segment. And this will be our core advantage over other players in this

segment."

Net4India plans to be a complete IP infrastructure and services company. With

the launch of ILD services Net4India becomes ISP + ITSP + ILD services company.

This gives the company a unique positioning in the market as a complete 'xOIP'(all

data, voice, video available on IP network) company. Net4India plans to invest

Rs 200 crores over a period of 2 years in the infrastructure and the ILD

services.

Given the corporate focus of this IP Services company, Net4India will be able

to offer complete IP based data and voice solutions to corporates. After the

success of Net4India'sIP Data services, Net4India had launched Phonewala, the

Internet Telephony Services Brand. This service has received phenomenal response

from the customers in the last few weeks and has become the largest Internet

Telephony service in India with over 70,000 customers. Net4India has also

launched a range of voice solutions for corporates and businesses, which help

them reduce their cost of International and National calls.
