This service offering is presently available in Delhi and the adjoining regions. Net4 India has plans to go national by the end of this month, with the launch of its services in Chennai, Mumbai and Bangalore. Said Jasjit Sawhney, CEO, Net4 India, " Studies conducted during our beta launch phase has helped us immensely in understanding the requirements of the home users and we have tried to tailor-make our offerings based on this. The two key findings from the research indicated that home users primarily used the account for email purposes and they want to be relieved from the hassle of bothering about their hours expiring."

The launch of MAIL4 INDIA was its first initiative to give home users an option of an only email account. Now, with the new millenium offering, it is hoping to increase the convenience of internet usage for the home user. "The unlimited usage feature would give them the flexibility of use and release the home users from the hassle of bothering about their hours expiring", he further added.

Net4India is the first Indian ISP to focus on the growing HSME segment. The company’s approach of targeting the HSME brings in a new level of segmentation to the internet business. Net4India will continue to differentiate its services and value-added solutions to their customers by providing customized end-to-end web solutions and networking related advisory services. The company will be partnering with its SME customers and helping them maximize their return on investment by offering customized solutions.

Net4India, part of the UK-based Sawhney Group of companies, holds a category ‘B’ license and has plans for category ‘A’ license by the end of this month.
