NEW DELHI: Bangalore based neoIT, provider of technology solutions, in

association with international auditors, which include BVQI, BSI and TUV has

introduced a services audit and assurance program 'neoQA'.

Organizations in outsourcing business will be audited and assured for these

services and will be given neoQA seal of assurance.

The seal of assurance would be given on the basis of core client satisfaction
and service delivery capabilities of the company. The neoQA seal of assurance

enables companies to convey their clients that they adhere to capability

parameters that directly affect the quality and timely delivery of an outsourced

project. The company has been providing this service assurance program in over

50 countries.

Speaking on the occasion, Avinash Vashistha, managing director, neoIT, said,

"With the neoQA stamp of approval we are able to highlight capabilities

that we have developed through our experience gained over the years."

neoQA is implemented in two phases: the Web based company assessment phase and
the detailed onsite capability assessment phase. After successful completion of

the neoQA program, quantitative reports are issued and authorization is provided

to apply the neoQA seal of assurance.

Atul Vashistha, CEO, neoIT, said, "Client focus groups reveal that a key
barrier to outsourcing and especially offshore outsourcing is being assured of

the capabilities of a provider. With neoQA this is no longer an issue."

The company has recently bagged contracts of $170 million from three providers
in India wherein it will do some projects for SMEs and also do some application

development.

The company is targeting a revenue of $150 million in this fiscal. India
contributes around 80 per cent of the total revenue of the company.

neoIT provides a global services network of solution providers and a team of
consultants. Powered by neoIT technology, companies can outsource IT and

business projects to their existing clients. neoIT's clients include Cardinal

Health, Procter and Gamble, KPMG Consulting, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, Bell

South, Perot Systems, TCS, Arthur Anderson and Shipserv. Besides these the

company has more than 2500 clients in India.
