BANGALORE: neoIT, one of the leading global provider of Services Value Chain
Automation (SVCA) technology and services, has announced its aim to extend its
leadership position in the SVCA industry. In the last fiscal, the company was
responsible for $90 million worth of projects being awarded to its registered
suppliers and helped global buyers achieve savings of over $28 million.
neoIT managing director, Avinash Vashistha said, "We in association with
the global sourcing advisory partner, TPI, are planning to capitalize on the
increased interest in the BPO market and the current state of the global economy
to deliver projects to a global network of qualified and assured
providers."
Says Avinash, " Our revenues comes mainly from these four sources of
licensing and related, global services exchange transaction fees,
consulting/advisory services and others such as neoQA- a quality assurance
certification program and through seminars. For the last fiscal, 40 per cent of
our revenue is through global services exchange transaction fees and 40 per cent
though consultation/advisory services and the rest are from licensing related
and through neoQA and seminars.".
He reveled that their transaction fee varies from three per cent to 10 per
cent depending on the value of deal and so far a minimum project deal is worth
around $25 million.
He said, "For this fiscal we are hoping to close projects worth over $
250 million of which 50 per cent would be from Indian providers. Also we expect
our revenues to come mainly from licensing related to SVCA technology of about
40 per cent, 30 per cent from global service exchange transaction fees and 25
per cent from consulting/advisory services and others such as neoQA and seminars
to fetch us around 5 per cent".
