NCI bags $158.3 defense projects' work

RESTON, USA: NCI, Inc., a provider of information technology (IT) and professional services and solutions to U.S. Federal Government agencies, announced that it was awarded a $158.3 million competitive contract for fielding and logistics services in support of Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, subordinate PEO Soldier offices, and other associated Department of Defense organizations with related missions.

The period of performance includes a base year and two option years, as well as transition activities.

PEO Soldier subordinate offices include Project Manager, Soldier Protection and Individual Equipment (PM SPIE); Project Manager, Soldier Sensors and Lasers (PM SSL); and Project Manager, Soldier Warrior (PM SWAR). The contract may also be used by test organizations, such as Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC); U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and subordinate schools and organizations; Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology and subordinate organizations; the Department of the Army Staff; and other PEO offices and subordinate Project Managers, as a press release added.
