NaviSite collaborates with Microsoft WebsiteSpark

ANDOVER, USA: NaviSite, Inc., a provider of cloud enabled enterprise hosting and application management services, recently announced that it is a partner in the new Microsoft WebsiteSpark Program.

The WebsiteSpark Program provides eligible Web-design and Web-development companies with Microsoft software and solution licenses with no upfront costs, said a press release.

Popular Web enabling software includes Windows Web Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Expression and Microsoft SQL Server Web edition.

NaviSite said it hosts tens of thousands of Web sites and provides managed hosting and application services through its network of 16 data centers in the U.S. and U.K.

“WebsiteSpark provides Web Agencies with a technology environment that can power all of the latest Web 2.0 Web sites, applications and platforms,” said Sumeet Sabharwal, senior vice president, SMB Hosting at NaviSite.

“With the WebsiteSpark Program, Web professionals get access to a NaviSite Web-managed hosting infrastructure and a network of partners to help them grow their business,” he added.
