As today's healthcare environment becomes more complex, and the demands for higher quality at lower cost increase, it is more important than ever to create an aligned and efficient hospital workforce. Poor communications, especially with the medical staff, is the major obstacle to achieving this. "Improving communication between hospitals and doctors, and having secure, timely communications among physicians, are two of the most critical issues in U.S. healthcare today," added Joseph Scott, president and chief executive officer of Liberty Health.

According to Dr. Stuart Hochron, chief medical officer at Navio Health, "The increasing demands on physicians' time, and the move away from hospital-based practice, makes it harder for physicians to find and communicate with consultants and colleagues. Hospital CEOs also tell us that they find it impossible to get the right message through to their medical staff. Practice Unite solves both problems by making it easier for physicians to find and communicate with each other and by creating a more effective channel for hospital physician communication."

In designing Practice Unite, the team at Navio Health says it has combined deep expertise in digital communications with twenty five years of practicing medicine to create a tool that is both addictively useful to physicians and creates a bridge to he hospital administration.
