BANGALORE: National Instruments India will introduce its USB-based modular
data acquisition system NI CompactDAQ at the Data Acquisition Conference 2006.
“We designed NI CompactDAQ to take full advantage of the bandwidth now
available with Hi-Speed USB and minimized both size and power consumption for
laptop users and portable requirements,” said Jayaram Pillai, managing
director of NI India. “Expert test engineers as well as novice users will
benefit from the combination of powerful, high-speed data acquisition and the
familiar, user-friendly experience of USB,” he added.
NI CompactDAQ joins the plug-and-play features of USB to give fast, accurate
measurements in a small and affordable system.
The National Instruments Data Acquisition Conference 2006 to be held across
12 cities starting from June 23 will highlight the new NI CompactDAQ and the
complete family of Data Acquisition devices for desktop, portable and networked
applications. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi feature in the list of 12
cities where the conference will be held.
As part of this launch, NI is offering a “Complete Solution Offer”, which
lasts, till August 31. The offer presents a complimentary version of NI data
logging software with every NI data acquisition purchase.
