National Engineering College, Kovilpatti and Tamil Nadu Government invite 11th and 12th students to participate in Online Quiz; Register before Nov 4

National Engineering College is organizing 6th State Level Quiz Competition 2020 - 'NEC QUIZ 2K20' for 11th & 12th standard students - a magnificent platform to increase the confidence and knowledge. The Tamil Nadu Government also supports the state-level quiz event whose Quiz Master is Dr Sumanth C. Raman.

The quiz will be held on November 7, 2020, through online mode. Meanwhile, the last date to apply is November 4 and you will get a trial quiz on November 5 to become familiar with the mode. Further, on November 7, there will be a preliminary round from 10:30 to 11, and the final round will happen through a Zoom call from 1:30 to 4:00.

The event is free of cost. The winner will get a cash prize of Rs 25,000, while the first and second runner up will get a prize of Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 each. Moreover, there are consolation prizes worth Rs 5000 for 10 students. NEC will also provide e-certificates to all the participants.

The events will be held for Chemical and Physics departments.

Eligibility and how to participate?

All 11th and 12th students in Tamil Nadu can participate in the event. The questions will be in both Tamil and English. Also, the time duration for the preliminary round is 30 minutes.

Then, the masters will select eight participants for the final round on the basis of scores and time. The final round will happen through Zoom App. After this, Dr Sumath C. Raman will host the Mega Quiz program. Dr Sumath is a well know Sports critic and quiz master.
