BANGALORE, INDIA: The National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) and Indiaspora to host United States Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard at an exclusive event on entrepreneurship and development of innovation eco system.

The event will bring pioneers from technology industry and prominent entrepreneurs for an interaction with Congresswoman Gabbard.

The event is scheduled for December 21, 2014 in Bengaluru. The event, will be focused at leveraging technology ecosystem and highlight and promote innovation. This is also a platform to explore opportunities for U.S. India partnerships amongst entrepreneurs and leaders in the technology space in the face of deepening U.S. India ties.

R Chandrasekaran, chairman, Nasscom said, “India and the United States have always been natural allies, given the similarities in our political, historical and cultural outlook. Both countries have worked together to synergize our economic ecosystems in mutually beneficial ways and in line with industry imperatives.”

Representing Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is one of the first two female combat veterans to ever serve as a member of the U.S. Congress. Representative Gabbard also serves on the Congressional Caucus on India and Indian Americans which is considered to be the driver of India-US bilateral relationship.
