Multi-faceted approach to manufacturing process excellence

LONDON, ENGLAND: A major inaugural event from PEX Network designed to cover a multi faceted approach to manufacturing process excellence in Europe, focusing on both systematic and technological key elements, is set to take place in Munich in February 2014.

The Manufacturing Process Excellence Europe Summit (Manufacturing PEX Europe) represents a global platform that will enables attendees to take steps in understanding, learning, designing and developing tailor made solutions to their manufacturing process, both on a macro and micro scale.

The agenda includes success stories and tried-tested strategies from Europe's manufacturing process leaders, including Klaus Hedegaard, senior VP, Process Excellence in transition to president and CEO, Vestas; Rajan Nagarajan, senior VP, Business Process Transformation, Kraft Foods Group; Ashley Lumihi, Focused Improvement Pillar leader and Industrial Performance manager, Nestlé; Markus Mattern, head of Production, Roche Diagnostics; John Hardwick, director of Business Improvement Emerging Markets, GlaxoSmithKline and Lee Constable, head of UK Operations, MEL Chemicals that are leveraging the latest operational excellence tools and as a result are entering a dynamic phase of growth.
