MTNL gets help from VoiceGate for automatic trunk booking

HYDERABAD: Maintaining its focus on the Indian market Hyderabad based VoiceGate Technologies Ltd. has facilitated automated trunk call booking for MTNL, Mumbai. The company has provided 240 port system for the automatic trunk call booking system of MTNL, which would be available to more than 21 lakh subscribers for MTNL in Mumbai.



"It is a big project for us worth Rs 25 lakh and after a month's time they are going in for 480 port system as more and more people will be using the system. The system will be placed at MTNL's facility in Mumbai. We will also provide the technical support as and when required," said, Syed Mohammed, MD at VoiceGate Technologies.



MTNL Mumbai has a subscriber base of 21 lakh and the facility of automated booking of trunk calls will be made available to those who have opted for this. VoiceGate has over 22 years experience as a provider of telephone equipment and voice processing systems to telecommunication carriers, business, industry, and government.



"Today, VoiceGate's family of products integrate with virtually all modern business phone systems. VoiceGate voice-processing products are marketed globally under the trade names VIP4000, VoiceGate "LITE", VoiceGate WAV, VoiceGate ICS, VoiceGate ICS LITE, CallAlert Wireless and VoiceGate NS Gateway through interconnects, wholesale distributors and original equipment manufacturers.
