Mouser offers TI motor control solutions

TAIPEI, TAIWAN: Mouser Electronics, Inc. is stocking a comprehensive product set for motor control solutions from Texas Instruments (TI).

TI's Motor Control 'Winning Solutions' product set leverages TI's rich history in advanced motor control expertise and combines it with analog and embedded processing portfolios.

These TI solutions include 32-bit Piccolo microcontrollers and MSP430 16-bit MCUs offering the best-in-class capability to perform the precision calculations for sensorless operation and field oriented control. Complementing these processors is a selection of UCC27xxx high voltage gate drivers designed to connect the control electronics to the power stage.

TI's Motor Control Solutions feature DRV8x motor drivers designed to drive an electromagnetic load, such as a brushed or brushless motor or stepper motor. Designers can also select a TI ISO7xxxx digital isolator for protecting the controller in case of mechanical or electrical faults in the power stage.
