NEW DELHI, INDIA: Motorola Inc., an enterprise mobility solutions provider, announced a complete portfolio of new solutions for Indian market.

11n to feature in 87pc of Wi-Fi-enabled smartphones

Motorola will release a mix of eight new products and solutions beginning in next few weeks that cover the full spectrum of indoor WLAN, outdoor wireless mesh, point-to-multipoint, point-to-point networks and voice over WLAN solutions.

These include:

·Motorola RFS4000, a multi-function 802.11n integrated services controller that combines wired, wireless and security networking features into a compact form factor, enabling organisations to create branch office networks using a single platform.

·Motorola AP7181, a new outdoor 802.11n wireless mesh solution that allows mobile delivery of a reliable dual data stream in an outdoor environment, offering data speeds of up to 300 Mbps.

·Motorola AP650, the industry’s first dual-radio 802.11a/b/g/n multi-purpose access point that provides simultaneous support for high-speed wireless data, voice and video services, self-healing mesh networking and wireless Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) sensor functionality.

·Motorola PMP430, a point-to-multipoint access network solution operating in the unlicensed 5 GHz band that provides more than 40 Mbps throughput, low latency, long range performance and GPS synchronised access points to enable reliable, cost effective data, voice and video connectivity.

·Motorola PTP800, a licensed Ethernet microwave solution that offers a compact design while providing high-throughput connectivity at an affordable price.

·Motorola PMP320, a fixed outdoor point-to-multipoint solution that complies with the 802.16e standard to provide reliable, cost-effective fixed connectivity in the 3.3GHz - 3.65 GHz licensed bands.

·Motorola TEAM VoWLAN, a converged enterprise communication solution that delivers cost-effective mobile access over the WLAN to PBX-based telephony, push-to-talk (PTT), text messaging, email/PIM, Internet/Intranet and line of business applications through a single device.
