Moser Baer FY 10 net loss at Rs 394 crore

MUMBAI, INDIA: Moser Baer India Ltd has announced the Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2010.

The Group has posted a net loss of Rs 393.94 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010 as compared to net loss of Rs 363.75 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009. Total Income has increased from Rs 2693.85 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009 to Rs 2760.24 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010, it said in a statement.

Moser Baer also announced that the Board of Directors of the Company recommended the dividend of 6 per cent on the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company.
