BANGALORE: MindTree Consulting, an international IT services company, today announced the launch of a program in Bangalore that will offer personalized assistance to IT professionals who are looking to build a successful career. The three-month long, first-of-its-kind program will comprise a MindTree Lecture Series and a "Ping Me" helpdesk that will answer personal questions from IT professionals. MindTree has partnered with Café Coffee Day, India's premier and largest chain of cafés, for the event.






MindTree's Chief Operating Officer Subroto Bagchi and other senior management team members of the organization will conduct these lectures. They are free and open to all IT professionals.






The seven topics that will be covered in the MindTree Lecture Series are: 9 Key Factors Behind a Successful Technical Career; Transitioning to Mid-Level Positions: Key Issues and Challenges; Life After 40 as an IT Professional; Working as Teams; How Do I Build a Work-Life Balance?; The Product-Service Conundrum: How Does it Affect my Career?; and How Do I Manage Adversities? MindTree's Lecture Series will cover seven core issues that are most prevalent in the mind of IT professional. These lectures will be held every alternate Saturday starting from July 10 at 4:00 PM at the Auditorium, St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Brigade Road, Bangalore.

The "Ping Me" helpdesk will be available at five select Café Coffee Day outlets across Bangalore on seven alternate Saturdays, starting from July 17 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.





IT professionals can walk into these outlets and ask their questions to the senior managers of MindTree and seek appropriate advice.
