Mindteck strengthens its senior mgmt team

BANGALORE: Mindteck (India) Limited, a global Technology and IT services company, today announced the appointment of the key senior management team at Mindteck.

The company has announced the appointment of Ramesh Ajjampur as senior vice president, Global Delivery and Usha T N as vice president, Legal and company secretary at Mindteck, said a press release.

Ajjampur would responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the global delivery operations at Mindteck. His role is to ensure quality, predictability and reliability standards across all projects globally.

Prior to joining Mindteck, he was with Wipro for 21 years where he worked as a General Manager and Account Head, managing multiple strategic accounts in Telecom Equipment Vertical. He had also driven Unified Communications Practice and Competency Initiatives at Wipro. Ajjampur holds an M Tech degree in Computer Science from IIT, Bombay.

Usha is responsible for company’s legal and corporate matters with immediate effect. She brings strong expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance management, and other corporate legal and secretarial functions. Prior to joining Mindteck, she worked with MindTree Ltd and Biocon Limited and held multiple roles including Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. Usha is a recipient of National Award for achieving best Corporate Governance in 2008 as Company Secretary from the vice president of India.
