Microtekdirect will track and manage all qualified leads, companies, contacts
and opportunities throughout its sales cycle to enable effective sales
forecasting. The inventory can also be tracked online for effective delivery
systems. For the authorized Microtek dealer/distributor, the portal is even more
interactive. Each distributor will be given a log-in code for secure
interaction. Besides placing orders online, dealers can get detailed information
on all aspects of Microtek products. They can check on the delivery status of
orders, credit details like whether the checks issued have been credited to
their accounts, targets and new schemes launched. The portal is expected to
bring down costs to a large extent and ultimately pass on the benefits to
end-customers.

Besides, the portal will also cater to retail customers who can access
information about the company’s products online and even place orders.
Customers can also place their servicing requests online.

The portal has been developed by Microtek’s own software arm, Microtek
Infosoft Ltd.
