As you work with text, pictures and other objects, you will see dropdown menus
attached to these objects with options to modify them
RIBBONS
As you work with documents, the new ribbon menu
on top changes to show you
options relevant to what you are working with

GRAPHS
There are several new styles and 3D designs and layouts for charts and graphs
SMART TABLES
Select a range of cells, and click on Format as a Table from the Home ribbon to
have Excel treat the range as a table, with formatting and filters on each
column
CONDITIONAL COLOR BARS
Use Conditional Formatting to quickly compare values against each other in a
selection of cells using color coding

POSSIBLE DUPLICATE
When working with individual data rows in Access, the caption “Possible
Duplicate” appears in red automatically to warn you of duplicate data

SLIDESHOW
You can setup slide shows, hide certain slides from appearing in a show and
preview the show at different resolutions

OUTLOOK
FOLDERS
Be careful when working with large files as Outlooks seems to have a limit on
how big a single PST file can be (2 GB). This may be a problem if you have large
mailboxes from other clients that you want to migrate from
RSS FEEDS
Subscribe to and manage RSS feeds directly from within Outlook 2007. You can
then setup Rules for managing feeds
TASKS LIST
When tasks are due, they appear here. When they are overdue, they get marked in
red and continue to remain visible till you mark them done

Simply drag the slider to zoom in or out of the document
