State Government picks up Kaizala as a means to connect citizens to the ministers

The State Government of Andhra Pradesh has adopted Kaizala as an official channel of communication between the citizens and the ministry. The Andhra Pradesh Government is known to be one of the most efficient state governments in the country, scoring high in all sorts of social and economic indexes. The AP Government has worked with team Microsoft and created a public group called ‘called AP CM Connect (AP CM కనెక్ట్)’ on Kaizala. This group enables users to stay updated with the latest government announcements, provide feedback, raise complaints, and express their issues with policies.

This group provides a platform for every citizen to make their voice heard. Kaizala has not only brought transparency in the government processes but has also made the execution agile by reducing the turnaround time.
