MUMBAI: Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd. today introduced the Microsoft
Dynamics range of business management solutions for the Rajasthan market.
The Dynamics portfolio in India comprises a suite of ERP and CRM offerings.
These solutions are aimed at helping small, mid sized and enterprise business
customers increase productivity, streamline business processes and improve
business efficiency to aggressively compete with MNCs and other global players.
To offer tailor-made solutions for its customer base in the state, Microsoft has
tied up with two domain experts - Data Infocom Limited and Headstart.
Microsoft Dynamics offers integrated business applications and services that
allow companies to connect employees, customers, and suppliers for improved
efficiency. The ERP and CRM offerings are fully customizable business management
solutions, which will help businesses in critical areas such as financial
management, supply chain management, business analytics, manufacturing,
distribution and customer relationship management.
These applications have a familiar user experience based on Microsoft Office and
Microsoft Office Outlook and are built to work easily with the Microsoft
technologies based systems of a company.
Commenting on the Rajasthan foray and the partnership, Sushant Dwivedy, business
