Microsemi reports continued design wins

IRVINE, USA: Microsemi Corp., a leading manufacturer of high performance analog/mixed signal integrated circuits and high reliability semiconductors, announced that it has shipped a cumulative 100 million units of its WLAN RF power amplifiers.

Microsemi RF power amplifiers are used in a variety of applications ranging from mobile handsets to wireless access points and half mini-cards for notebooks and netbooks. Reference designs with market-leading WLAN chipset manufacturers are available for many of Microsemi's power amplifiers.
