While Bell ID has considerable expertise in managing ID programs in diverse geographies, MGRM Net has on-ground experience of having developed, deployed and managed research-based integrated IT applications in different domains in India using its proprietary OmVcard.

In addition, Bell ID has the world’s largest team developing software that manages life-cycles of cards, their associated applications and cryptographic keys. MGRM’s e-governance solutions are linked through a single, proprietary OMV card – the Online Multi-domain Value Card.

Both partners will equip the proposed JV with their product IPRs, applications and requisite skills to lead this emerging space in India.
