Merrill Corp to handle a legal firm's office services

ST. PAUL, USA: Merrill Corporation, a provider of technology-enabled services for the financial, legal, health care, real estate and other corporate markets, announced that it has been selected by Jenner & Block, an Am Law 100 law firm and a national leader within the legal services industry, to provide the firm with outsourced office services.

Merrill Corporation was selected by Jenner & Block in a highly competitive, open request for proposal (RFP) for the firm's document and mail management services. As per the announcement, the RFP criteria mandated the winning vendor to demonstrate combined and proven capabilities in legal process outsourcing, including: Technical expertise and experience in the legal industry; creating efficiencies and economies of scale while ensuring quality; and implementing strategies to enhance service levels across locations.

Merrill will provide Jenner & Block's Chicago and DC offices with traditional office support services focused on a seamless approach to both on-site and off-site service delivery. Merrill's strong references and subject matter experts were key factors in the firm's decision to choose Merrill among seven competitors and to replace the incumbent provider, the company highlighted.
